The result had an attendant multiplier effect on the 2 kids as they started believing in themselves. This exalted spirit impacted their performance positively. They could easily overcome their self-limited beliefs and the results exceeded the Coaches expectation. Hence Just a pat on the back is never enough you should also provide the talented with the right gears which befits them. The Talented should feel socially, culturally and morally connected to excel in his self-belief. Lest you want the talent to go to the Trash-bin of Despondence.

Hence to brew the concoction of inordinate success the Leadership Coach has to prepare a fine blend of the following:

2. Right Environment
3. Right Tools
4. Right Socio-Cultural Connect
5. Right feel of Reality

Along with all the above the Leadership Coach has to patiently persevere and persist trying out versatile combinations and configuration as he/she tries to mold the Pot of Success with the soft clay of un-channelized talent.
