People feel supported instead of blamed at. It produces outstanding results. I have seen other departments’ workers to come to me asking for support to try and hide some faults from their bosses… what a pitty and how much talent thrown away! Some day I will explain one of these experiences in my blogsite.

I try to reduce the pressure/stress by showing the team/individual that i feel accountable for their failures, that if they encounter challenges then i will be there to help, not punish. In my honest opinion, most stress comes from within, not from above, in most cases. I don’t think we can a create completely stress free environment as there will always be deadlines, tough targets, difficult problems or tight budgets, but what i can do is try not to add any additional stress from above. Focus on creating a winning culture and not a blame culture. Get people used to having success, and not neing shot for any failures

IMHO, stress free environment can bring more results with accountability.
