I am sure that many people will say that there are many approaches that will work, but i honestly believe that without authenticity they won’t work. Also, in many regions outside of NA and WEU, servant leadership seems to be much more expected or prevalent and i think if you can combine authenticity with servant leadership then you will be truly able to lead a Global MultiCultural team.

Usually what i have seen is an arrogant approach from NA and WEU regions to the more emerging regions and this has certainly made creating winning global teams difficult.

I have also managed remote teams and offshore contractors and, regardless of their culture, the leadership patterns they appreciate are very similar. Actually authenticity is one of the key ingredients.
