well.. yes you can see the mirror because you are a great leader who wants to improve even if the scope of improvement is 00.0001%… but if you ask me.. its also a responsibility of the person who complains to see them self in a mirror… that should speak the reality to individual….

sometimes self vested interest and jealousy takes over everything…and there are people who dont feel happy if other gets recognization ..kind of self centric …. sometimes political also…..good insight…
