Mithun, i should also add that whilst we should search for people with great attitude to help improve our probability of success, we should also seek out people with bad attitude as they will have a big influence and can derail success.
No matter how much of an expert someone might be, if they have bad attitude, they have to be changed. Attitude is difficult to change, but it is possible, and whilst we should take our time to cultivate good attitude, with bad attitude we have to act quickly.
Attitude is contagious, so we need to remove bad attitude before it spreads too far.
