Leading by Example – Sam Burgess

Leading by example,is a great approach to leadership, it inspires people and it builds trust in the leader.

I am a big fan of sports and there are great leadership examples in sport, and I wanted to share this video of one of my hero’s Sam Burgess.  He is such a humble man, a tremendous work ethic, a great player who leads by example, and motivates and raises the game of those around them.
