As leaders, you need to be constantly coaching and working to developing your teams, and one of the best ways to do that is by asking questions. We can do this to help build confidence, to identify opportunities and challenges, to help remove doubts and fears.

Everyone can achieve more than they think and you need to be working to remove doubts, calm fears or show people that they have what they need to be successful. Teams often overlook what they have at their fingertips or how close they are to achieving their goals.

Asking questions of your team helps them feel supported, it builds trust and confidence, all of which are key ingredients in achieving success. Ability is great, but having confidence in that ability can often make all the difference.
